This Privacy Policy explains what information Invoicify Pro collects and how it’s used.
We use Supabase to handle account authentication. When you create an account, we store your email address and basic account metadata needed to run the Service, including:
Your invoices, saved companies and clients, payment method presets, and preferences are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers. We don’t see this data unless you choose to submit it to an AI feature, or use cloud sync to copy it between your own devices.
When you use AI-assisted invoice creation — typing a description, uploading a photo, or importing a file — that content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. It’s used only to process that request.
When you register, we record how you arrived at the Service so we can understand which of our marketing efforts work. This is stored once, at registration, and is not updated afterwards. It consists of:
utm_source, utm_medium and similar parameters in the web address)We do not store your IP address. It is used momentarily to look up the city and country, and only that result is saved. The lookup is performed by ipwho.is, which receives the IP address in order to answer the request.
We use Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag on the Service. These load on every page and set their own cookies, which Google may use to measure how the Service is used and to measure the performance of our advertising. This includes visitors who have not signed in.
You can prevent this using your browser’s cookie controls, a tracking blocker, or Google’s own opt-out browser add-on.
Premium subscriptions are billed through a third-party payment processor. We don’t store your payment card details — the processor handles that directly.
Members of our team with an administrator or marketing role can view a list of accounts and the information described in section 1 — including email address, sign-up date, plan, usage counts, referral source and approximate location. They cannot see the contents of your invoices.
You can wipe all locally-stored invoice data at any time from Settings → Clear all data. To delete your account entirely, along with the account metadata described above, contact us via our Support page.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We also use analytics and advertising cookies as described in section 5.
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
