These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Invoicify Pro (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Invoicify Pro lets you create, download, and track invoices using AI-assisted tools, saved templates, and a dashboard. A free plan is available; a paid Premium plan removes certain limits and adds extra features, described on our Pricing page.
You need an account to subscribe to Premium and to use AI features beyond the free limits. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Your invoices, clients, companies, and preferences are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers. You're responsible for your own backups — clearing your browser data or switching devices will remove this information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Premium is billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. If you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
You agree not to use the Service to create fraudulent invoices, impersonate another business or person, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Some features use third-party AI services to read photos, text, or files you provide and turn them into invoice data. Please don't submit sensitive personal information — such as payment card numbers or government ID numbers — through these features.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including errors in AI-generated invoice content. Always review an invoice before sending it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
